All KMI products are delivered via courier. All packages are traceable and will require a signature upon receipt.

All products offered by Ken Mills (injection) ltd have been manufactured to a high specification and are noted for their good quality.

Our warranty policy is as follows:-

Ken Mills (injection) ltd warrants that all products are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Defective component must be reported prior to return, as warranty cover may not apply depending on the reason for failure. In the event that the warranty claim is approved the faulty component will be replaced or if you require a credit for the defective component this will be issued after the inspection.
Warranty returns must be accompanied by paperwork pertaining to that component and the reason for return / inspection must be clearly identified.

This warranty does not cover any defect resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper installation or any other cause not arising out of a defect in materials or workmanship.

In the event that the component has been dismantled prior to return the warranty cover will be withdrawn.

Ken Mills (injection) ltd shall not be liable for the loss of use or any other incidental or consequential damages. This includes any labour cost incurred for transportation, removal, disassembly or reinstallation of the product.

The purchase of our products is an acceptance of these terms.
